G. Lawrence Spackman is the President of Spackman Enterprises Ltd. In the past Mr. Spackman was President of TransCanada Energy, TransCanada Power and Northridge Gas Marketing Inc. He served on the Natural Gas Advisory Committee of the NYMEX. He holds a BScEfrom BYU and an MBA from U of C.

Thomas R. Saunders is a successful independent businessman with diverse experience including fundraising, building companies, board and executive leadership, negotiating transactions, process improvements and cultivating relationships. Some of his ventures included Pemberton Securities, Columbia Healthcare, Elevate Practices, Cell LocTechnologies and Alberta -Rogers Sugar.

Mr. John Swendsen is now a former Vice Chair of National Bank Financial. Mr. Swendsen'scurrent role involves providing guidance to the bank's Energy Team while assuming increased strategic and governance duties. John's principal achievement has been building the Energy lending team of the National Bank into the industry leader in banking in the junior oil and gas market. Mr. Swendsencompleted a business degree at BYU followed by an MBA at the U of A.
